Jeremiah & Co. printed products are digitally printed upon ordering. Most printed on products demand using the latest Inkjet technology printers like name brand labels use. That allows us to have vibrant colors and high quality prints on all of our products.

We offer to all walks of life! Even some Pet and Home Goods products occasionally.
You will need to look under the collections tab on the product title or page. There you will see options for mens, womens, kids, babies and toddlers, accessories, and juniors. There you will see all the different styles the design is offered on, just make sure you click the collection you want to view and it will land you on a collections page.

Before placing order always make sure size, style, and color is correct.
A size chart is just below the product description area, and where you select your size and color of choice! On occasions the sizing chart is listed within the photo line up in the products images.

If a size chart doesn't show please contact us or email us so we can update the product page, and we will be more then happy to help you with any sizing questions on the products.
None of our items run smaller or larger than specified. We have provided as many sizing charts as possible so each customer is able to order there correct size. Most of our products also give a description of the size of our models and the size they have on in the picture. Contact us for any other sizing questions.
Most of Jeremiah & Co. products are true to size.
Wash inside out, in cold water, tumble dry with low heat or air dry. Do not iron decorated areas.

Call us during business hours and a J&C team member will process your order over the phone! Please have the item SKU number(s) in advance!
Call or email us immediately regarding all changes to an order! If your order is in the "processing" stage unfortunately we won't be able to make changes, as all of our products are hand made to order.

Just enter billing first then shipping, You will have to uncheck the box that says both billing and shipping are the same.

There are occasions where our system will throw a red flag as a high risk order depending on the differences in addresses.

Shipping prices vary depending on your location, weight amount of product and shipping method! You can find out how much shipping will cost before you enter payment information!
Normally it takes 2-8 business days for all of our cut & sew items. Processing custom hand made goods is never a process to rush through! Our products are worth the wait, You can Count on That!
Some shipments may arrive in separate packages! Some items are processed quicker than others or are already in stock, therefor we ship out some items sooner rather than holding your entire order back for the processing of one item. We cover any expense with the shipping costs associated with separate orders.

First check your tracking info and see if it was delivered. If it says delivered but never received, please allow a few more days. Sometime products are delivered late by USPS or scanned delivered by mistake.

Yes! Every order is provided a tracking number.

An email will be sent to you with the tracking information once it ships out to you!
An email with tracking details will be sent to the email you registered to your account. The tracking number will be sent to you the moment your product is shipped out!

Restocking fees apply only to a return item or order. @15% of order total
A 7 day window is provided by Jeremiah & Co.!

Day 1 begins on the date of delivery Day 7 is the day we must receive the returned package from you
Jeremiah & Co. will provide a pre-paid label for anything that is damaged or defected. For all other cases, return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer!
Send us an email with attached photo(s) showing all defective or damaged goods. If approved we will send out a replacement within 72 business hours!
All sizing is the responsibility of the customer, as we provide sizing charts for each item. If we shipped out an incorrect size that does not match the size you ordered on your invoice, we will exchange it free of charge to the customer.
Please allow up to a week once order has arrive back in our facility.

Please allow 2-3 buisness days for refund to show up in your bank or credit card account.

Please note if a product is already in processing or shipped you cannot cancel an order until you've returned the package back to us!
There is a restocking fee because each product ordered is hand made on demand just for you. Since they are made just for you we do not re-sell any returns but we actually donate them to people in need or for charity auctioning. Therefore that is why we have our re-stocking fee in place @15%
